The performance test results and significance of medical radioactive activity meter are discussed. Methods: According to the national standard (GB/T10256-2013)" radioactive activity meter ", using the standard activity meter and standard radioactive source, the repeatability, instability, relative inherent error and other performance indexes of the radioactive activity meter were detected. Results: The average repeatability of 70 radiometric activity meters was (0.50±0.44)%, the maximum value was 1.94% and the minimum value was 0.09%. The average value of instability was (0.91±0.47)%, the maximum value was 2.65%, and the minimum value was 0.33%. Relative inherent error: (1) co average of 60 (0.57 + 1.33) %, a maximum of 3.50%, the minimum value of 3.65%; The average value of 137Cs was (0.74±0.89)%, the maximum value was 4.00%, and the minimum value was -3.92%. The average value of 241Am was (-1.01±2.60)%, the maximum value was 5.60%, and the minimum value was -4.77%. Conclusion: The performance of 241Am of low energy nuclides measured by radioactive activity meter is slightly poor. To strengthen the quality control of radionuclide activity meter through regular testing is a necessary measure to ensure the performance of radionuclide activity measurement in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
